What is the difference between the AV PRO SD V30 and the AV PRO SD V60? Does the difference influence postproduction workflows? When to choose which one?

The V30 uses UHS-I interface, making it ideal for efficient workflows up to 8K (compressed, long-GOP formats).
The V60 uses UHS-II interface and is designed for more data-intensive recording modes, such as All-Intra, higher bit-depth, or high-frame-rate video, as well as camera systems that require higher video speed classes.
UHS‑II can significantly speed up offloading in post‑production, which is why some professionals prefer V60 even when their recording bitrate does not strictly require it.
