Do you replace my defect storage media in advance?

Claim process

In general, we don't provide replacement storage media in advance. But if you urgently need a replacement, we understand. You have the option to place a deposit for your replacement, which we'll refund as soon as we receive and inspect the faulty or malfunctioning storage media.
