How long does the shipping of the new replacement storage media take?

Recovery process

Once your storage media is ready, we'll go ahead and ship it to you. Shipping times will depend on the country you're located in and the respective customs policy, but the average shipping time is 2-7 business days. Our delivery times are subject to business disruptions and force majeure events, including similar unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, and include business days only (Monday - Friday), but not legal Austrian holidays.
