On Thursday, 11 December 2025 at 8pm Jowee Omicil steps into Little Big Beat Studios to present sMiLes - a manifesto of authenticity. Redefining what a tribute to music pioneers such as Miles Davis can be, sMiLes combines instinct, innovation, and freedom, leaning into the question: “What’s next?”
Jowee moves fluidly between saxophones, clarinets, flutes, pocket trumpet, and Rhodes - each one an instrument of boundless expression. His sound blends Afro-Haitian rhythms, jazz, hip-hop, afrobeat, and improvisation.
