In this role, you'll get to
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for APAC and grow revenue across priority markets
- Manage and grow distributors, resellers, and strategic partners across the region
- Build country- and partner-level growth plans while protecting pricing, brand positioning, and channel discipline
- Train partners and key accounts on products, technical differentiators, and workflow-based selling
- Own APAC forecasting, pipeline, and revenue reporting by country, channel, and partner
- Support product launches, trade fairs, and regional sales campaigns
Your skills & experience should include
Your skills & experience ...
- Proven regional sales experience in APAC, ideally in professional media, camera, broadcast, storage, or related B2B technology channels
- Experience managing distributors, resellers, dealers, or channel partners
- Strong negotiation skills and the discipline to protect margin while growing revenue
- Fluent English; a major APAC business language (e.g. Japanese, Mandarin, Korean) is a strong advantage
- Confident, structured, hands-on personality with a build-and-scale mindset
- Willingness to relocate to and be based in Vorarlberg, Austria
